Statement: The negative shape of the screen printed grasses invited the addition of more grass like shapes of different values in the background blocks. The tall grasses in the foreground seem to be dancing with the movement of the water.

Materials: Ice dyed fabric, hand dyed fabric

Techniques: ice and hand dyed fabric, machine pieced and quilted
